Medical Marijuana – What Employers Need to Know.

In 2020 the Devil’s Lettuce will become legal for medicinal use in the State of Missouri. The impact this has on employers will be large, but the overall depth of it’s impact is not yet entirely known.  Our friends at MEM have put together a podcast with Larry Lambert, the Associate General Counsel at Missouri Employers Mutual (MEM). In this episode, he will discuss what medical marijuana use means for Missouri. Then, he’ll also share some important steps employers can take before the new year. Finally, he’ll discuss current best practices and policies for employers to think about.
