Our Commitment to You During the Coronavirus Outbreak

To our Customers-

Last week we communicated with you regarding our preparations in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. As you know, this situation is incredibly fluid and we are taking appropriate steps to ensure the safety of our Team and the safety of our Customers, all the while maintaining exceptional account service.

With the enhanced risk that has presented itself over the last few days, we are implementing the following actions:

  • We commenced today (March 16, 2020)  to work remotely with all operations. Consequently, IBA has made adjustments to our phone system to facilitate remote access. Please be patient as there may be differences in our abilities to be as responsive as you have come to rightfully expect with our outstanding service.
  • To minimize exposure for everyone, meetings will be conducted virtually via conference call or web-hosted services. This includes previously scheduled in-person meetings with our Customers and other business partners.
