Who we are
Our website address is: https://ibariskmanagement.com and https://ibaway.com
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect your personal information on our Resources only when you voluntarily provide it to us. We use this information only for the purpose for which you provide it and do not disclose it to non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes. We will not send you an email in which we ask for personal information from you (such as a password or Social Security number) or link you to our Resources to ask you for such information unless we reference a specific transaction or information that you have requested.
We collect aggregate information to maintain and enhance the services of the site. Aggregate information is any information that does not allow us to identify a specific individual. Examples include: dates, times and areas visited on the site or what browser was used to access the site. The information that we collect is used to improve the content of our Resources and to improve our service to you and other consumers.
We also collect Non-Personal Information (“Non-PI”) to assist with ad reporting purposes. Non-PI cannot be used to contact any single person or entity and may include your IP address, what browser was used, which and how many of our web pages have been viewed, search terms entered, referring/exit pages, and the date and time of said viewership.
We may offer blogs, online forums or other interactive features on our Resources that enable consumers to share information about our services or other issues of interest. You should be aware that any communications you submit or post to any such interactive features on our websites and Web pages may be viewable by other participants or users of our websites and Web pages. Therefore, you acknowledge and understand that you have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in the content you submit for such interactive features, whether or not it contains personal information about you. In addition, you are responsible for all content that you may post to blogs, online forums, or similar features we may offer in connection with our Resources. You therefore agree that you shall refrain from posting any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, protected by copyright, or which contains the personally identifiable information of you or third parties. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content which violates the previous sentence and/or to discontinue your access to these features.
By submitting content (other than personal information subject to the IBA’ s Privacy Policy), you grant to IBA an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, transmit and use such information and materials for any purpose, in any manner and in any media, without consideration paid to you, including without limitation, disclosing any such information and materials as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request. IBA shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding any information or materials that you submit except as specified in the IBA’s Privacy Policy, or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law. By virtue of your posting, you hereby grant IBA permission to track your comments as necessary.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties – people and companies that are not affiliated with us – for their own marketing purposes. For this reason, no “opt-out” is required. If we share some personal information about you with third parties without your specific authorization, it is to provide you with products and services that you request or expect from us, and as otherwise permitted by law.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
